Kameya Gakudo “Nojirisan”

Simple and elegant taste.

The name comes from "Nojiri-san," a familiar nickname for Takiharamiya in the local area. The second and third generations of the family came up with the idea to "create a Japanese sweet that would become a local specialty."
Currently, it is made by the fourth generation owner who trained at a Japanese confectionery shop in the Kansai region.

This baked confectionery is made by wrapping fluffy yolk bean paste in a thin cinnamon-scented crust, and is characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth texture and texture that falls apart when you put it in your mouth. It has received high praise, including winning the Minister of Health and Welfare Award and the Gold Award at the National Confectionery Expo.

I aim to make delicious sweets that make the most of the ingredients. I will continue to work with the motto of "diligently and carefully."
