Kameya Gakudo “Nojirisan”
Simple and elegant taste.
The name comes from the local nickname for Takihara Shrine, ``Nojiri-san.'' This product was devised by the second and third generation Mr. Sakai and his son to ``create a Japanese sweet that will become a specialty of this region.''
This baked confectionery is made by wrapping fluffy yolk bean paste in a thin cinnamon-scented crust, and is characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth texture and texture that falls apart when you put it in your mouth. It has received high praise, including winning the Minister of Health and Welfare Award and the Gold Award at the National Confectionery Expo.
We strive to make both Japanese and Western sweets that are delicious and make the most of the best ingredients. The fourth generation is currently training at a Japanese sweets shop in Kansai in order to take over the business.
We will continue to do this work without forgetting our motto of ``steadfastly and carefully.''
