Masaya Seika “Nishikiyaki/Crepe”

A souvenir sweet that is loved by locals.

Are there any sweets that can be made as souvenirs from the locals? “Nishikiyaki” was born from this idea. It was invented about 30 years ago, based on baked goods that were popular in the Tohoku region at the time. The dough is made with carefully selected ingredients such as flour, eggs, and butter, mixed with almond slices, rolled out thinly and baked, and has become popular among locals for its aromatic, crispy, and light texture. It's a taste of my hometown with a refined sweetness.
In addition, each crepe is hand-baked, and the sponge, custard cream, and fresh cream are all handmade from scratch, so this is a limited edition item that cannot be mass-produced. These two products are popular sweets in Taiki Town, mainly Nishiki.

From small children to the elderly. I think we were able to create a flavor that is not too sweet, a crispy texture, and a fragrance of almonds that spreads in your mouth so that everyone can enjoy it.
We want to provide you with the freshest crepes, so we don't make them in advance, and we make them every day using pre-orders and extra extras. We would like you to feel free to enjoy our Nishikiyaki and crepes.
