Mushroom Workshop Sasanqua “Longevity Mushroom”

Taiki mushrooms made with sincerity. Longevity wood ear mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, Longevity shimeji, Longevity nameko

We produce four types of mushrooms, ``jellyfish'', ``shiitake mushrooms'', ``shimeji mushrooms'', and ``nameko mushrooms'', using fungi bed cultivation, with the theme ``Made with sincerity.'' Water is very important and indispensable for cultivation, so we use clean water that comes from the mountains of Taiki Town for cultivation. In addition, the raw wood used as the raw material for the fungal bed is produced in Mie Prefecture and has not been sprayed with pesticides in the past three years, and the remaining materials are domestically produced. This completely domestically produced fungal bed is extremely safe and secure. We are dedicated to growing carefully selected mushrooms.

Mushrooms contain a variety of nutrients and are very good for the body, so they are being marketed as longevity, which is a general term used to refer to things like health. In the future, we will increase the amount cultivated so that people all over the country can eat it. Furthermore, we are working towards the goal of building a system and creating a workplace where people with disabilities can work.
