Mushroom Land “Log Shiitake Mushroom”

Fully utilize the blessings of nature. log shiitake mushroom

``This climate with cool summers is perfect for growing shiitake mushrooms,'' says Zenichi Fujiwara, who has been growing shiitake mushrooms for 40 years. Log shiitake mushrooms are shiitake mushrooms that come from ``hodagi'', which is made by planting seed fungi on logs of broad-leaved trees such as sawtooth oak and konara oak. Since no pesticides are used, shiitake mushrooms are grown that are friendly to people and the environment. The shiitake mushrooms grown here are characterized by their thick flesh and aroma. We continue to grow shiitake mushrooms while thoroughly reducing costs, including replanting nearly 8% of the artificial forest inherited from our predecessors with oak oak.

I believe that consumers can feel at ease in purchasing products grown in areas with clean water and air and abundant nature. In order to spread awareness of the wonderful nature of Taiki Town, we offer experiences such as mushroom picking and stag beetle picking, and we actively accept field trips from elementary schools.
