Marugo Shoten “Dried fish”

Dried fish made one by one by hand. Dried fish

Every day, we carefully open over 1000 fresh fish landed at Nishiki Fishing Port and surrounding fishing ports by hand to create about 20 types of dried fish. Kishu's delicious flavors are produced by processing the landed fish as quickly as possible, by mixing seawater drawn from Nishiki Bay into the water used during work, and by drying the fish in the blessings of the sun, although it takes time and effort. I make this with all my heart, hoping that people will be able to enjoy fish on their dinner table.

In this day and age where young people don't eat dried fish as much anymore, I want more children to eat dried fish, so I'm working hard to make dried fish that doesn't give the impression of being fishy. We want everyone to enjoy Kishu's delicious dried fish, so we continue to create additive-free products that are gentle on the body and do not use any preservatives.
