A new brand dedicated to Ise Grand Shrine

The highly transparent Ouchi Yamagawa River is the largest tributary of the clear Miyagawa River.

Every year, during the fishing season, many anglers come from inside and outside the prefecture.

The Ouchi Yamagawa Fisheries Cooperative has branded the young sweetfish caught in the Ouchi Yama River as ``Ouchi Yamakawa Nobori Ayu.''

We have dedicated it to Ise Grand Shrine and are spreading the word about the appeal of sweetfish, which has a simple and elegant taste.
