Furusato no Ie, an old folk house in Kanawa, Taiki Town. The bakery, commonly known as the ``100-Year-Old Shop,'' where people live up to the age of 100, sells handmade bread made by kneading oven-cooked rice into the dough. It has been well received. There are 15 types of bread, including red bean paste bread, bean bread, corn bread, French bread with marmalade, walnut raisin, and bacon, and white bread. The freshly baked bread is fragrant, fluffy, and has a chewy texture. Its slight sweetness is appealing. We deliver even a single order to elderly people living alone or people with disabilities, fulfilling our role as community watchdogs.

Kamado-cooked rice bread was devised as an effective use of leftover rice from the Okudo-san (Kamado) cooking experience at Furusato Village. We are creative with our breads, such as using yogurt. The bread, which is packed with the flavor of rice cooked in an oven, is popular with locals as well.
