This culinary journey features a course meal of natural sweetfish caught in the Ouchiyama River, a tributary of the Miyagawa River, Japan's cleanest river.

Salt-grilled ayu (sweetfish), sweet simmered ayu, fried ayu, ayu rice (can be changed to ayu somen noodles), etc.

Enjoy a feast of wild sweetfish, which are in season from early summer to autumn!

You can experience traditional Japanese culture by cooking using a hearth or stove!

Enjoy a relaxing time at "Minpaku Izuho," which also features a traditional Japanese Goemon-style bath.

<Itinerary>

Third day:

 15:00 Arrival and check-in

 15:30 Enjoy activities such as vegetable harvesting.

 17:00 Chopping firewood and cooking rice in a traditional stove.

 18:00 Ayu (sweetfish) course meal

 20:00 Take a bath in a Goemon-style bath, free time, then go to bed.

Third day:

 8:00 Breakfast

 9:00 Stroll around the area

10:00 Check-out
