A food-focused trip at a guesthouse: "Ise Yellowtail Shabu-Shabu" [Seaside Edition]

"Ise yellowtail" is farmed in Nishiki Bay along the Kumano Sea coast.

By feeding them a diet that incorporates Ise tea from Mie Prefecture, citrus fruits, and seaweed, we produce delicious yellowtail without any of the typical farmed fish smell.

You can enjoy this delicious Ise yellowtail in local dishes such as "bekko sushi," "buri shabu," "sashimi," and "ara-daki" (simmered fish head).
