"Aso Hometown Summer Festival" "Kinka Festival"

We would like to introduce you to the upcoming summer festivals in Taiki Town.

The 8th Aso Hometown Summer Festival will be held at the Aso Onsen Parking Lot in Taiki Town on Thursday, August 14th.

There will be food stalls, a rock-paper-scissors tournament, a raffle, and fireworks.

In addition, the 8 Nishiki Summer Festival will be held at Nishiki Fish Market on Thursday, August 14th and Friday, August 15th.

On the 14th there will be rice cake throwing and Bon Odori dancing, and on the 15th there will be a fireworks display and Bon Odori dancing.

There are also participation prizes for Bon Odori, and if you dance in costume you might even win a cash prize!
