Recruiting participants for “Rediscovering the ancient path! The legendary Hino Pass - Kowa Pass traversal”!

The legendary Hinotoge Pass was walked by Wahime no Mikoto on her journey in search of the enshrined place of Amaterasu Omikami.

Why not enjoy the history of the pass with a Miyagawa basin guide as you traverse up to Kowa Pass?

◆Date and time: October 30, 10 (Saturday) 6:8 (meeting) - 30:16

◆Meeting location: Sankai no Sato Kisei parking lot (2154-1 Taikichosaki)

◆Course: Kurumi parking lot ⇒ Kodo Hinoki Onomichi ⇒ Mt. Rokiya ⇒ Hinoki Pass ⇒ Samaya ridge traverse ⇒ Kowa Pass

⇒ Kowatoge Jizo ⇒ Kurumi parking lot (walking distance: approximately 7.5 km, time required: approximately 6 hours)

◆Participation fee: 1,000 yen (insurance premium and materials included)

◆Capacity: 30 people (first come first served)

◆What to bring: Climbing clothes/shoes, winter clothes, work gloves, hat, rain gear, towel, drinks, lunch, snacks, etc.

◆Deadline: October 30, 10 (Thursday) 4:15
