Food and experience menu development project “Hand-made udon experience class”

As part of Taiki Town's food menu development, we held a handmade udon experience class.

Hand-made Hirome udon is also made by kneading powdered Hirome seaweed from Nishiki, Taiki Town.

Using local agricultural products such as tea and yuzu together with the guests of the private lodging,

It would be fun to try your hand at making your own original udon noodles!
