The host carefully prepares a kaiseki meal using plenty of local seasonal ingredients.
Each item is made one by one.
A 3-tiered Ise Shunkei rice bowl filled with Japanese cuisine, served with handmade soba noodles made from homemade flour made with a stone mill.
I made it into a kaiseki bento box so that you can enjoy it.
Approximately XNUMX meals a day are provided.
