The floats are brought out of storage.

This morning, two floats were taken out of the float storage shed in front of Takihara Shrine and transported to the starting points, Mitsusegawa and Chojano.

Next, this float will be decorated with red and white curtains, torii gates, and shimenawa ropes.

Preparations are nearing completion for tomorrow's 63rd Shikinen Sengu Takihara-gu Mikihiki (log-hauling ceremony).
