World Heritage Kumano Kodo Misesaka Pass
At 256m above sea level, it is the third of the Iseji routes of the Kumano Kodo. Although it is not a high pass, it is a series of steep slopes. There are the ruins of a former tea house on the mountain pass and a Jizo statue said to have been enshrined in 6, giving you the feel of an ancient path.
